Haystacks in Jackson Hole Wyoming

I've been meaning to show you this one for a while. I made it last fall on the last day of our annual sea kayaking trip to Grand Tetons. I'll remember for a long time how amazing it was to watch the fog burn off as the sun climbed over the ridge.

This may be the end of the traditional haystacks - I noticed last year that most of the pasture had been baled in monstrously huge, perfectly rectilinear bricks. I'm sure it's easier, more profitable, quicker, or something.

Now that I'm back from my second trip to AZ in a month, I've been organizing my image file. Lots of cool new stuff for the project, some of which I'll post soon. Until then, happy new year.
