Snow-kiting at Skyline Drive - Sanpete County, Utah
16 days, that's as long as I let R have the peace of his home before I organized a daytrip. In my defense, let me say that I wanted to breathe some clear air; the air pollution in SLC has been abysmal.
Airborne in clean air
As much driving as I had done around this year Sanpete County, I had yet to get up Fairview Canyon. Noted lots of aspen for autumn color shots, great views both to east and west, and at the top, we found a ton of fun going on. I talked to Heather, co-owner of Ozone Power Kites for a few minutes, and got off a some shots. I need bigger glass and a better angle to get the shot I want. Heather encouraged me to try snow-kiting - maybe I just will! And I've got the Ozone Snowkite Masters US Open on my calendar for March 3-4. See you soon.
