Latte Remix
Remember the perfect latte I photographed in February? The long-promised remix is done. Seven months of pondering, one complete do-over, and four minor revisions to reach this happy conclusion to a project.

I consider it a companion piece to the Tempest [Inquiry] AKA the teapot. The latte will need a name too, but it’s already matted, and I can’t wait to give it to Alan, proprietor of the Coffee Garden. He’s not a blog-reading kind of guy, so I think he’ll be surprised. Maybe just that I actually finished it after not having mentioned it in all this time. Nevertheless, done is 80% of the battle, and this project is moving out of the active pile and into the archive.

Yum. All the flavors that go with Coffee: butterscotch, raspberry, creme de menthe, even a little lemon and orange. The blue? Curacao.
As a latte purist (no sucre, no sabor, por favor), even I wonder what the mix is like.
